From 3rd December for a limited time only, all UK parcels are FREE DELIVERY All goods are shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery or DHL dependent on weight and should reach you within 2-3 working days. We charge £4.50 for shipping the 7" Disc or CD Frames, £6.50 for 7" Sleeve & Disc & £8.50 for 12" Disc Only & 12" Sleeve Only and the 12" Sleeve & Disc Frame. All orders of 2 or more frames are charged at a flat rate of £8.50 per order. Buy 2 or more products and receive 10% Discount on the whole order. We only accept returns that are faulty or damaged. While we pack everything very carefully our friends at the post office/courier don't love our parcels as much as we do. In the event that you have a problem with the parcel please contact us before you do anything else. If the parcel is damaged when it arrives before you have opened it, it would be useful if you could photograph the package unopened, this will help with our claim against the Royal Mail/Courier. We will endeavour to put the situation right as quickly as possible. |
